As a card holder I just go online, find what I'm looking for,check stock and click and collect. If not available I can order and collect next day.

Went to get a kitchen sink that was out of stock-received outstanding service from person who helped me find a replacement. She went so far as to open the tap set I chose to check whether they were M10 or M12, to find out I had the wrong connectors-saved me a trip back and a lot of hassle. Totally recommend
