We had excellent service from the ladies at this shop. The lady advised us to bring broken cases into store and helpfully filled in the forms for us. Less than two weeks later cases returned good as new and repaired without charge. Picked them up 5 mins before closing. Ladies still smiling and happily reset locks. Excellent

My wife contacted Samsonite Cheshire Oaks by WhatsApp at 11pm one evening, asking for assistance in choosing a suitcase. The very next morning we had pictures of all potentials, with dimensions etc. A fabulous service provided by Charlotte. Thank you!

The service of the cashier isn't good. there's a lot of space for this female cashier's attitude to improve. Otherwise, the price and products are reasonable.
