This store has seriously gone downhill over the past year. The level of service and care has dropped to an unacceptable standard. Just last week, I pointed out blood on one of the shelves, and it looked like it had been sitting there for days under the raw mince. The smell was so bad I could pick it up from across the aisle. When I raised it with a staff member, instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic professionalism, he snapped back that it wasn?t his job to clean it. He then walked off muttering and complaining to himself, leaving the mess ? and the health hazard ? for customers to deal with. Absolutely disgusting behavior, both from an employee and for a store that?s supposed to care about hygiene and customer safety.
On top of that, the quality of the produce is wildly inconsistent. Some days the fruit and vegetables look fresh and well-stocked, but more often than not, they look bruised, old, and like they should have been thrown out days earlier. It?s hit-or-miss, and frankly, more often a miss.
To be fair, the only positive thing I can say is that the staff at the self-scan checkouts are always
friendly and helpful. They?re the one part of this store that still makes the experience tolerable.
But overall, the decline in standards, the rude behavior from staff, and the lack of consistent quality make it clear that management has stopped caring about customers. If you expect basic respect, hygiene, and decent products, think twice before shopping here.

Just observed a female member of staff on the floor absolutely destroy a young gent with what appeared to be autism asking for help. The female was rude, highly offensive, and nothing less than a bully. We had to do an intervention. This is disgusting to see and then have to step into in this modern age. Sainsbury's no longer is a place that I can shop at even if it's convenient. I'd have asked to discuss things with the general manager only I was very time pressured as running late for a hospital appointment. It's not on though, not at all. I hope the young gent is okay.

Popped in for a loaf of bread and left with a doctorate in advanced orienteering.
Sainsbury?s Cheshire Oaks has a gluten-free selection so big compared to other supermarkets it could make coeliacs weep tears of joy?but you?ll need to remortgage your house to afford it.
Seems every aisle?s been shuffled round like they were playing supermarket Jenga, so I spent 20 minutes trying to find pasta and nearly joined a support group in the cereal section.
Staff were lovely but looked just as lost as me.
Worth it if you fancy an impromptu treasure hunt with your weekly shop
