Absolutely terrible service. Bought my mum in as was the closest place I could think of at first when she was having a severe allergic reaction. Which was fast becoming serious. For the pharmacist to dawdle from the back not showing very much interest. Even though I was in a, state on panic. Asking him to get something to help. He just said I can sell you some antihistamines. Which he proseeded to do very slowly. Then I had to ask for water so my mum could take one by which time she was in a state. he's medically trained. So should have known symptoms of Anaphylaxis. I rushed my mum back to the car and to a and e where she was treated straight away for anaphylact shock! I'm just angry that he was so blasé about the whole thing and not helpful in the slightest. Even though there's signs up saying here to help!! Absolutely disgraceful!! People skills 0!

I was due hip replacement surgery and my blood pressure was too high. I called in on the off chance to get it checked. The pharmacist Mark I think? couldn?t do enough and spent considerable time with me and even phoned my doctor for an urgent appointment. Going over and above with customer service at it?s best ?

Told me to come back later to get my prescription because of IT issues, went back later only to be told that they didn't even have the medication in the first place. You would think they'd check that first but apparently this is just another pharmacy with pharmacists that are completely useless. Not sure why it takes 15mins to stick a label on a box, not the hardest job in the world.Will not be going back.

I always find the staff very friendly, polite & approachable. They are always happy to serve & always very helpful. I always use this pharmacy & I would 100% recommend this branch to all for any medical resources required

I?ve seen first hand how hard the team work at Rowlands Ellesmere Port. Despite the pressures of the job they always manage to keep morale high for their customers. I will always trust them with my grandparents prescriptions, as they treat their customers with the utmost respect and courtesy whilst still being personal and professional. Any negative reviewers obviously have little patience and don?t understand how difficult it is to manage a pharmacy and continually ensure that it runs safely for everyone. Thanks for all you do ladies!

Went to collect prescription after waiting for gp to approve after 72 hrs only to be told to comeback this afternoon and see if your medication is in as you have to wait for 5 x hrs for prescription to arrive at pharmacy and for them to order it in ,then told you should have enough .for a few days , not when this pharmacy is fiddling u the books and shorting you

Transfer to ASDA pharmacy nearby if you can.Consistently poor. Would rather cash up than sort a prescription order after 5:15.Arrived between 5:15- 5:20 just to pick up a prescription. They were cashing up at the time.There was a slight admin issue with the prescription on their system as I hadn't had a chance to collect within 3 weeks, however rather than help or advise of the issue, they pretended there had never been a prescription sent in the first place - basically so they could cash up and go home.Had to double check it had been sent (it had) and arrange a family member to collect while I'm at work instead.

Mandy always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care and medication is sorted, it?s a stressful job at times but she?s always chatty and got a smile on her face she will do anything she can to help anyone, keep up the hard work and thank you .?

no wonder they are closing their other pharmacies and selling their staff to other companies, another excuse not to honour their long serving employees, some with 15 to 20 years experience working for them,no redunce pay,not even a bunch of flowers , says it all,a very very NAUGHTY greedy company!!!!...says it all then,when the company fail to respond?

Disgraceful chemist.... Gave me wrong number of a controlled drug the pharmacist was telling me he was correct and couldn't replace them as he checked it himself then put me on hold come back on the phone and said sorry he made mistake..... Then to today my wife was given her weekly perception her pain killers weren't in the bag she was told that the pharmacist again had checked it and they were in there so she has been left with no medication she has arthritis and is a full time carer AVOID THAT CHEMIST AT ALL CostsMandy the manager is great its the other staff.... Not on what they do

Wow! What a turn around this chemist has had in the last few months. Before I would have given it 1* now I'm so impressed I felt it deserves a review. If you were not happy with it before give it another go. 5* all the way. Linda is a real super star thumbs up.
