We have had quite a few Carpets and flooring from this Shop . Great choice of flooring , very cheap compared to other places .Great Shop for Carpets and Cushion floor . Fabulous Staff and excellent Fitters , nothing is too much trouble . We wouldnt go anywhere else and would Recommend Rely on Flooring to everyone .

Would definitely recommend Sam an his family! They have worked around me been very understanding helpful an efficient extremely tidy very polite an respectful they have done a fantastic job I am very pleased with the work they have done an certainly will use them again. Thanx Guys

We bought LVT flooring from rely on flooring and had it fitted by them. It came apart from each other within weeks of being laid. I was told to let it warm up over the summer for it to mold to the floor but it was even worse after the summer. The corners have now broken away and it hurts to walk on. It is covering almost my whole downstairs so I cannot avoid it. I am ashamed of it. I am going through court proceedings now because rely on flooring just keep saying they will fix it but it has been over a year of them fobbing me off. I strongly do not recommend them .

Sam, Jason and their team were fantastic throughout our long, drawn out house move. The guys were required to fit the flooring on the day of completion by our developer and we were also having to physically move in on the same day as the floors were going!They got in early and did a great job at a fantastic price. Personally wouldn?t use this company again after my experience, they did come back and fix the poor fitting job that was first made as the fitters hadn?t even stuck it down to the floor but it?s still not to a very good standard. The carpet has been down 10 days and looks worn/fluffy in places already with clumps of fluff coming up out of it, it is a high traffic area and I understand it will wear but after 10 days I think this is terrible and I?ve never had any issues with any of my other carpets in the past.Some edges are also still messy looking where in places have still not been stuck down properly even after sending a second fitter to fix the job.I?m really disappointed as I?ve used a different company many times for my carpets (who couldn?t do the job under the current circumstances) but I wanted it doing as soon as possible for my baby to play on, I really wish I?d waited and have them do it instead as I cannot afford to have it redone now but if I had the choice I?d have it pulled up and redone using somebody else as I?m not satisfied at all.I hate to put a bad word in but I wish I?d seen an honest review and gone elsewhere or waited in the first place.
