Was served by a lady within this store when I needed to return a coaty mother in law had bought for my son which was WAY too big. The lady made everything so easy and also recommended a really great waterproof coat they had in his size. I didn't get her name but she was exceptional. Well done her (an older lady, not too tall .

Long overdue review. Went to the store a month back to buy a few things like waterproof hiking boots, waterproof pants, windcheaters, fleece etc. There was a young lad (not sure if his name's Greg) that went out of his way to help us. He began with understanding our needs and then presented the right options, all of which turned out to be great as we used them in our just concluded trip. He spent a considerable amount of time to ensure we got the right boots, helped us with different size options. Greatly appreciate his time and honest advice. I haven't come across this level of customer service in The UK to be brutally honest.
The waterproof hiking shoes in particular were a standout. Excellent grip in rocky, slippery terrain with solid ankle support. Walked through small streams, behind waterfalls - the socks were bone dry. At £20 for 2 fleece, safe to say they were a steal, good quality.
The prices were compelling as there were discounts on all products.
Very good shopping experience, highly recommend.

Neil & Pam both really great people. Took time to show us features of the trekking poles, made sure we got the special offer on and really took the time to give us a great experience. Neil sorted me out with great boots and organised a return, giving great advice.
Both shining examples of knowledgable, passionate and sociable people who you wish worked in all retail shops!

Why don't you stock the full range of sizes you offer on your website? Shouldn't everyone have the opportunity to try on their size? I realize as an outlet location you won't always have every size for each item but to have none seems to be a conscious decision on behalf of Regatta. Please do better.
