“ABC Property were great and even though I didn't secure a sale with my asking price and decided to take it off the market due to that, it was in no reflection of them. I had around 8 viewings, all done by them, always received feedback, and plenty of notice. From their initial contact and visit from Brett, who handled everything for me I was impressed, particularly as I'd had experience of another estate agency in my area who were useless. Brett took great pictures, and the particulars were also great, which did attract viewings. The initial reason I decided to go with ABC was because of the cost, £895 total, only if sold, brilliant. I would also add another reason now I'veused them, that they're very good at what they do and match any other estate agents charging double and even triple that.
