This is the most bizarre post office. It never opens on time and today (Saturday) it?s ?closed for system updates?. I think the owner just gives himself a day off. When it is open you?re in a massive queue. It?s an absolute joke and I don?t know why he is allowed to run it when he?s either late, never there or doesn?t employ more people.

Would give 0 if it were optional.
Showed up about 1535 ( 2HOURS before 'closing time!') and it was closed. Asked next door and apparently hasn't been open all week.
Do everyone a favour and fire the manager!

Terrible customer service by the man behind the counter today - 30/11/2023 at 3pm. Was greeted today by the man behind the counter shouting and arguing with an elderly gentlemen, simply because his card declined. He was very rude and aggressive. The elderly gentleman replied ?I don?t want to argue with you?. Doesn?t take much to be kind.

Arrived at 12:30 (Friday) walked in to a queue of about 4-5 people and was shouted at from the counter " I'm closed" ...times on the door 9am - 1pm 2pm-5:30pm....never open at 9am either...is this supposed to be a service?Only been a couple of times to try to "support" the rude man behind the counter, but won't be going in again!! Haven't met anyone with a good word to say about this place.

Went in to pick up parcel, by my mistake it was the wrong post office but the man was so rude and a bully, never been spoken to like that before, disgusting behavior. If he can not be civil he is obviously in the wrong job, terrible experience

Remember when post offices were the staple of the community where they cared about the area they served and were part of the community? This isn?t one of those post offices. Always opens late (15 to 20mins), doesn?t live in the community, rude and unapologetic tone, closes early without warning. This is not what you expect. Pensioners and the community deserve better. If there was another post office close to here this one would go out of business!
