I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 19:40/19:45 I was at the restaurant at 19:37 it turned out it was closed. To this day I have not received the refund that the employee was supposed to arrange and the pizza.
I do not recommend!!!

There was some issue with the order and we were told they will redo it. Went to collect the order same issue again. Went there for the third time and were accused of lying and bringing the 1st pizza back. When I spoke to manager on the phone he again told us that we were lying and brought first pizza back. Pathetic customer service.

Sorry to say but this is the worst pizza hut we have ever been to.
Entered the restaurant a waitress called over from somewhere else in the restaurant, take a seat be with you in a minute, we found our own table.
We were hoping a member would bring a menu or there would be one in the table ,no such look.
Other customers entered , treated by staff, taken to seats ,told what they had to do to order.
Sat there for a good 15minutes no sign of a member of staff
Gave in and ordered on App.
Ordered buffet.
Member of staff brought glasses and told us to help ourselves.
Had to sit with coats on as it was extremely cold.
Went to buffet and looked at the pizza's they were all beige in colour and anaemic.
Sat down to eat and soon realised why the pizzas looked as they did they were cold.
The only interaction with a member of staff was when she brought the glasses and when we left
We couldn't understand why a Pizza hut had only 3 small tables of customers in at 12.30 when ever where else was busy ,we soon understood why.
It was dark, freezing and not very welcoming.
We love Pizza hut and had gone to Cheshire Oaks for a day out and was really looking forward to trying a restaurant we hadn't been to before as where not from the area, sorry to say we won't be going to the restaurant again.

All you can eat pizza. What's not to love. Sauce options limited and wait a while for new pizza to be stocked but not worth lowering rating as very happy with it.

During our most recent visit, we were promptly greeted and sat at a table.
Help was offered if we needed it when ordering online as we hadn't ordered like that before. The process was easy and very user friendly.
The food was brought out without too much time spent waiting, but not too quickly that we couldn't finish our salads first. The three staff members we spoke to during our time at the restaurant were all lovely, very attentive and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Pizza was dead, corn on the cob was cold when you bite into it like it it?s just been taken out of the freezer and not put into the microwave long enough, chicken wings wasn?t nice.

Nice Halloween pizza treat with the family to Cheshire oaks, great food and excellent staff. Mo our server was spot on and he couldn?t do enough for us?

All card payments now. Have to use your phone. They want tips but no service is given so what am I tipping for?
Dietary restrictions: Cant be dairy free as you have to have a vegan pizza. They don't swap pizzas to dairy free as you have to do it all yourself online

Waitresses but no service online menus with restless hungry children took us 20mins to work it out and place it. Waitresses obviously not allowed to take orders so not there fault they where all friendly. Also card only. Just inconvenient experience overall expensive and rubbish food at a premium price. Can imagine this chain going bust soon. The whole place felt sticky dark and unwelcoming

We booked a table of 20 for a birthday party on a Saturday lunch time. Everything was well organised and prompt, food was great and lovely service by Mo who was very attentive and friendly.

Stayed open for us as a family of 5, food hit the spot and kids loved the ice cream factory! 100% recommend!
