I ordered items in the usual way for collection from this store. I went to the store to collect my order on 22 October and it was very obvious from the small parcel I was handed that there was no way all my bulky items were inside. I requested the assistant check again at the back as I was items missing. She refused to check for my items in the storeroom. So I went straight to the till and the assistant checked my parcel and then called customer services who reordered my missing items to be delivered to my house free of charge as it was Next?s error!!!! I was told my refund would be made within the week!!!! I have never received my refund. It is now 35 days since my items were missing. I have been fighting for it ever since.
I received a letter to complete to sign to confirm the missing items. I returned via return post. The letter informed me the items had been scanned so further enquiry was necessary.
I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received since. Four calls to customer services. Two emails detailing events. No refund. Has someone in Next Chester Coliseum signed for my items instead?. It?s the only explanation.
I am so disappointed with the service I have received.
