The loveliest staff members who always present as highly professional, polite and willing to be of assistance. Excellent branch of the Nationwide society and very reassuring to deal with highly competent and pleasant team members. Millie, Kim and Dianne are the nicest of people as, indeed, are all members of the team. A pleasurable and more personal approach to banking which has been lost by other banking corporations. Hopefully, the branch will remain in operation for the foreseeable future for those of us who don't wish to perform all of our transactions on line. This branch will be greatly missed.

Not normaly would i share this kind of review and its a shame as iv been with Nationwide for 20+ years without a blemish. Sitting in the little waiting area for about 10-15 mins waiting for the lady to finish with the gentleman before me watching countless customers going to and from the counter. She got up looked at me and went into the back (i was thinking she was getting a drink) then said lady then went home , obviously clocking out is more important than the customer. Then another lady who went on the desk with a customer later told me id have to go to the till. Hope this is just a blip and the Nationwide going down hill.

My partner took in his mothers death certificate to this branch. The female staff member scanned it on and looked to be dealing with it. He went away and finally thought he could sort his mothers financial affairs. But upon trying to do so, they hadn?t had notification of his mothers death. She hadn?t scanned it on and now he cannot deal with her affairs for another five working days until they have notification of her death. Utterly shambolic service.

Came in with an issue about bank statements, Alison couldn?t have been more helpful, friendly, professional and a nice sense of humour, also the lady that helped her for a moment was also brilliant but I couldn?t get her name, both a credit to the company and this is the reason I always bank with Nationwide
