Visited this store a number of times but only getting around to leaving a review as we were there again today! Ellie is amazing and so helpful every time, from wedding suit purchase to just a tie or polo, the service remains top class??

My husband was looking for a smart pair of trousers for a wedding and the gentleman that helped today was fantastic my husband showed him the shirt he was going to wear and asked for advice from the assistant he recommended a dark navy and took my husband to a selection he also said he could try them on with the said shirt which he did the look was fantastic I would like to thank the assistant for being so helpful I didn?t get his name and I hope this is ok to say he was oriental and we thought he deserved a very big Thank you

I walked in with my partner on Friday afternoon looking for Chinos. He was fed up as everywhere we had been they didn't have his size. The assistant straight away found his size in two different pairs and chose a shirt for him. He was so pleased we were only in there 15 minutes and he was sorted. Excellent service we will definitely be back thank you

Firstly, great quality selection of suits and general attire in Moss Bros, have been meaning to get a suit for a while and have finally got one
A big shout out to Ellie from the time we walked through the doors and throughout the process of fitting and styling the suit she was brilliant, had excellent customer service, patient alongside superb knowledge. Thanks very much Ellie!

Been today to get my grandson a suit for prom I think the lady's name was Kate and wow nothing was to much trouble she spend a lot of tine with us getting different suits and sizes we left the shop with what my grandson wanted she is a. Credit to your company .

Lynsey looked after us so brilliantly today. We were looking for a suit for my son's prom and I wasn't expecting to find it easy with him being of very slight build. Lindsey found a lovely navy suit with a subtle check that was a perfect fit and paired it with a two toned tie and pocket square which complimented the suit perfectly. The suit is a really nice quality and feels soft to the touch. I was expecting it to be more than it cost, I thought £200 for a quality suit was very reasonable. A pleasant and painless experience, even for my son. Thank you!

Dear Moss Bros
The initial service was fantastic with booking the fitting and the fitting part of the hire. The quality of the suit was good standard and fitted well as per the fitting, so the staff member who fitted me was great.
I am disappointed with the returning of this hire, I was given a date to return and received a email regarding returning and the date to return ( this was today 20/4/25). I drove from Winsford to the Store at Cheshire Oaks to find that the store was closed. I really hope that I don?t get a late return fine as I kept my end of the agreement but Moss didn?t by not being open.
I will phone tomorrow 21/4/25 to confirm another return date.

Bought a couple of jackets today from the store and was seen by Jonathan, who provided outstanding customer service. I told them I wanted a certain style and they even picked out a couple of suggestions based on what I was looking for. Not once did I have to prowl around the store to find them. They were just there ready to help. Left the store very happy and will certainly be making the long journey to visit again. Jonathan is everything you need and want when it comes to clothing advisory. Thank you :)

I went to the Cheshire Oaks outlet store as I had seen some jackets online and I wanted to figure out my sizes, the staff were all super helpful and friendly, both when I was looking for items and when asking about if things were the right length, I learned so much. The staff in this store are a real credit to the business. There were some great deals on too, I ended up walking out with a jacket and bow tie which I did not intend to buy but was a bargain. Lots of variety and the store is played out very well, with the tuxedo section at the back. I will continue to come back here, as the staff are wonderful and the store was immaculate. Thank you.
