Very unorganized, have an elderly relative that I have to constantly chase up for delivery, passive aggressive responses to reviews, maybe get some customer service training if you can't deal with the public get someone who can.

Staff always seem to be busy but actually not achieving much, long waits, mixed up prescriptions, I used to go here years ago to pick up prescription for my mother and recently myself nothing has changed so I have moved to another local pharmacy.

Try updating your opening times online! You advertise online as being closed for half an hour for lunch 1.-1.30pm and then when you get to the front door at 1.30 there?s a sign saying closed 1-2pm!
Don?t inconvenience customers by only informing them of the true opening times once they?ve already got there, if they have been diligent enough to check online before coming.
Had to wait in the car for almost an hour with an upset toddler kicking off because this pharmacy had my prescription and this pharmacy had mislead about their opening times online. Very irritating.

My 84 year old dad had to go four times to sort out a repeat prescription which had stopped only to wait ages and I mean ages 30 mins at least on each trip to be told various reasons why my mums medication which she needs regularly wasn't there or he needed to go back to the G.P to reissue the repeat prescription and after making an appointment to see the G.P and travel there with my mum he then found out it was already on repeat prescription on the G.P computer but the pharmacy didn't have it on their system bearing in mind they are a nominated pharmacy . What is actually going on ???? The staff may be nice people but the service is shocking and I am not impressed at all .

I have no idea why I use this pharmacy. I have to have my prescription delivered as I suffer from anxiety and I am unable to stand in crowds. I requested a prescription on 6th August. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received it. I had to have an emergency supply. I was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I called them today 16 minutes later I was told we need to look into it we will call you back. No phone call. I reordered my prescription on my nhs app as I am going away. My husband called into the chemist today and was given my new prescription I ordered yesterday. When he came home I was missing 28 tablets of montelukast. That will be another call tomorrow and no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Absolute disgrace

Phoned and waited in the queue, which is fine. When I was eventually the first on the queue, no one answered and I was eventually cut off- happened twice and I gave up. Hopefully an isolated incident.
Thanks for the response. It wasn't the order line that I used. It may have been just an unfortunate incident(s) for me.

Staff in here are generally VERY helpful and will do their best to assist. We moved to here about 5 years ago and have been very happy with the service/s they offer ?
*It's a real shame that sometimes they get abuse from customers- we have witnessed this quite a few times sadly, at the end of the day they are doing their best for us all *

Helpful and fast service. Good sized pharmacy, with a couple of seats sound you need to wait. There is parking behind and across the road.
