Had my car booked in for a tyre puncture repair on Sunday morning, after 20 minutes of looking around my car the wheel was removed and the fitter called me into the workshop and informed me the tyre could be repaired but it was damaged on the side wall so I told him to put the tyre back on . On Monday I took the car elsewhere where the tyre was fixed and there was nothing wrong with the sidewall , beware of being ripped off

Just passed my MOT at Kwik Fit and couldn?t be happier with the service! The team were friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly with no fuss. Fair prices and honest advice exactly what you want from a garage. I?ll definitely be coming back next year.

I wouldn?t say that they were Kwik as the name suggests, over 40mins to change one tyre! Too busy chatting and watching people walk past the store, although it was a Sunday- just go during a week day.

Booked in with2 days notice for 3 tyres to be changed. Dropped off my car on a Saturday morning and left my car with them. After one hour I returned to find they only had 1 tyre in stock and it was that old and deformed they couldn?t mount it to the wheel. The only answer they had was to refit my old worn tyre that they had already taken off! So in stead of having 3 tyres changed, I?ve wasted nearly 2 hours of my Saturday morning and got nothing done. They offered to order 3 new tyres so I could return another day to get the work done?no thanks! Surely they should have already ordered 3 tyres if that?s what I booked in for? And why keep a tyre in stock that?s that old and deformed it can?t be fitted? Does make me wonder about the safety of that tyre if they did manage to fit it!

I Can't prove this but I'm adamant my car did have puncture, but not what they said they had found In tyre. I believe it had been put in the tyre as wheel was taken out of view to which they then told me I required a new tyre. I always check my tyres and the foreign object found in tyre when they showed me the tyre I feel i would of definitely found it. Shame as I've used this garage for many years and feel the staff have let you down on this occasion.

Service was incredible. Very informative, gave helpful advice re next steps and reasonable pricing. I should have taken his name but he was working on Sunday 16 February - he was so helpful and attentive. I had a puncture in a location not close to my home address and my tyre was sorted so quickly.
