I ordered a variety bucket. They left out the fries and didn't put in the corn or coleslaw which I paid extra for. Never going back, awful experience

Poor service. I have a blue light card and can only use it at the counter. The staff all were more occupied with drive thru orders. Didnt even turn around to acknowledge us after 10 mins. The lady cleaning was little help. Ordered off the screen without my discount instead. 0stars

This place needs to sort itself out! I visit a lot of the KFC?s across the north west and I must say the presentation of food compared to others is very low. Especially with the rice boxes? you usually can?t go that wrong but i?ve been twice recently and felt like I had to leave a review as I won?t be going back. Also there?s only 1 hour parking!

My good friend Josh Byrne (the one with the abhorrently large head) came to this establishment and came out with horrific levels of CHRONIC diarrhoea and I didn't see him for a week (which was a bit mint granted) Rest in peace Byrne family toilet, and kfc, watch yourself. I'm ard.

KFC Kinsey Road Ellesmere port. Advertising they close at 9pm but locked the doors and had chairs up on table by 8pm. We arrived just before 8pm and were made to feel very unwelcome

We came at 8:20, the door was lock. We went round the side to the drive through window where we were rudely told that it was drive through only as they now close at 8. Despite it being displayed saying restaurant open till 9 on the door. After speaking to what I assume was a manager (a very unprofessional and rude one at that) she told us that unless we had a car and went through the drive through we could not order. Annoyed and hungry we went through the drive through waiting in a very long queue, when attempting to order we were told they had no gravy and the only sides they had was coleslaw and beans! Pretty disgusting the attitudes of the workers and false advertisement!

Wasn't the best, got a LARGE fries and there was about 12. The delivered half the meal and said the other half wasn't ready yet come back. Went back after ten minutes, the lady simply went "what" and the turned whilst rolling her eyes. The chairs were dirty and half the restaurant was closed off 1 and a half hours before closing. The main door was then locked an hour before closing, people were stood outside wanting to get in but were refused. I than witnessed the people asked if it was still open as the lady walked passed and she appeared to just ignore them. Wasn't the best service but the food was nice.
