This is my first time visiting this store, and I was browsing when a friendly lad approached me to offer some style and size advice. While I was waiting for my shoes to arrive, another lovely girl came to assistance too. Looking forward to visit again

Went in for running trainers. Took a while for anyone to speak to me. First person to turn up was Dan and he helped me narrow my search down to a pair of Hoka Clifton 10s. Very knowledgeable guy & great customer service.

Hi went in with my granddaughter age 4 to get here some new pink trainers, we found some we like but could not find her size so looked round for assistance, two girls on Tills both busy , girl chatting with two lads at the door , looks at us , Not bothered, So we walked out ?? Got them in Matalan ???and she loves them ???

I bought trainers for my child they didn?t fit him I brought receipt and because I didn?t bring the box they didn?t return when it doesn?t say on the policy you can?t bring back without box customer service was shocking spoke to manager wouldn?t help

Checkout had long queues which were slow moving. Store wasn't as big as expected. Very small selection of football gear.

Had an issue where I had been sold a 10 and 11, it happens. I didn't have box or receipt but a bank statement, girl at the till was understanding and called a manager over, chelsea came, apologised it happened and did everything she could to resolve this, sadly the other size 11 was Awol. I was offered a refund or on another purchase of trainers a discount as compensation, I found a pair in my size and I leave knowing they did everything they could to resolve the issue. Customers can be very quick to complain but rare to praise, we're human, people make mistakes, they handled the mistake the best it could have been handled. Thanks again.
