it won't let me rate at 0 star. ripped off my front badge and then the car wash snapped my rear wiper arm . I was just passed the broken arm, no refund, no apology ......fuming !

I made a special trip to the car wash yesterday, 26 June. My car roof (a blue skoda fabia) was very dirty with ingrained muck and baked on tree sap and the very helpful man on duty did a wonderful job of jetwashing it all off. I had already been to another drive through wash and a garage hand wash and neither got the car clean and did as good a job as IMO. Top man, Thank you.

Second time I've taken my car to imo was really impressed the first time my car looked great. Paid the same price and asked for the same clean as last time my car looks awful it's full of water marks not shiny like last time. I rang them about it and they where no at all helpful. Basically told me to ring back Friday when the boss is there. Will not be using them again Ellesmereport IMO

Sick to death of going to this carwash as its constantly got the "maintenance" sign outside.ive tried all sorts of times throughout the day too.never had this problem once at the Queensferry wash.
