Had a really good time at Hobbs shopping for a formal dress. We werent entirely sure what we were looking for and have bought several options online already without any conviction. However, a spurious visit to the store at Cheshire Oaks offered an opportunity to see the dresses an accessories up close and try on.
We were assisted by Helen and she was brilliant. She offered constructive comment, she offered suggestions for alternative options, and helpfully ran backwards and forwards into the stockroom to check availability and bring items to us. As i say, she was brilliant ?
Whilst internet shopping is low effort, it doesn't always yield the results you might be wishing for. Sometimes there's no substitute for a visit to a bricks and mortar store to be helped by people such as Helen.

I?d like to thank Gaynor from the Cheshire Oaks store. I wandered into the shop with my two friends just to casually look at mother of the bride outfits with no intention of buying one that day and I came out of the store with a complete outfit which looked and felt amazing to wear. My Daughter?s wedding day was 29th June, it was a hot sunny day and the silk dress kept me cool. Gaynor?s advice was invaluable, she knew exactly what would suit me and was able to put together the perfect outfit in one go without me feeling pressured in anyway. I received so many lovely comments on the day and I felt fabulous. I just hope I get another special occasion to wear it again.

Shopping for daughters sixth form formal suit, after looking for 2 hours, we were both getting quite stressed, thinking we wouldn?t find what we needed, walked into Hobbs, found the perfect suit in navy blue, thanks to Elaine?s expertise assistance. Actually came out with not one but two suits, as so very reasonably priced for beautifully tailored women?s formal suits.

I was browsing for a dress for my mother size 20 at Cheshire oaks and I honestly couldn?t find the perfect dress without the help of the staff. I would say the most helpful and lovely staff. A lovely experience

Wonderful ladies at Cheshire oaks today Suzanne and Gaynor really helped me sort my outfit for my daughter?s wedding. After buying a beautiful dress yesterday I had negative comments but these ladies helped me make the outfit prefect today and nothing was too much trouble for them. The 2 ladies at Cheshire oaks were really helpful and sorted out my whole outfit for my son's wedding. Even when they didn't have a certain item they made other suggestions so it all came together really easily. A very enjoyable shopping experience

I trekked all of Cheshire oaks looking for an outfit, wish I?d gone into Hobbs first. I explained I was looking for a funeral outfit for a very special person. Gay or was amazing, so patient, honest and helpful and all the dresses I tried were fantastic quality and fit. Pleased to say Gaynor helped me find the perfect dress, jacket and shoes. It will be my first go to next time I need an outfit.

Absolutely fabulous shop , after visiting the stand alone shops and being hugely disappointed by the lack of choice and stock , Cheshire oaks store had more dresses and choice imaginable! I tried 8 dresses and was stuck for choice , the lovely lady Gaynor who assisted me was truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble , she advised , ran back and forth with different sizes , choices and shoes and she truly helped me decide my dress , Hobbs in Cheshire oaks Gaynor is a huge credit and a valuable asset to you
