What is the logic of having one person serving from the counter and then 2 staff members having a chat on the shop floor. No wonder branches are closing down, they make it as hard and slow as possible to use them.

This is my 'local' branch.....I work M-F 8:30 - 5.....I cannot use the customer counters as the branch is only open M-T 9-4.......really helpful to those of us who working standard office hours. Give it 12 months and the the head office will close the branch as it doesn't get the required foot fall.....

Opening hours online, updated by business 1 week ago state open Saturday 9am - 1pm.After making a special trip, closed.(EDIT)A month later and it's getting worse. Online says open 9-3 Friday. I go to put my wages in the bank and the place is closed all day!
