“Having recently retired ( I am 59) and put on some weight, I decided to take the plunge and join a gym for the first time.Core gym at Ellesmere Port is absolutely excellent, the staff are supportive, professional and extremely knowledgeable in their profession. At no time have I made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. The gym atmosphere is relaxed , other gym users are friendly and encouraging to new ‘ rookies” like myself.I would without reservation, highly recommend this gym to all, especially to people like myself who have never attended a gym before. My thanks and appreciation to all the wonderful staff.”

“Cheshire Oaks club is a really great club. What makes it what it is, is the staff. The instructors JP and Rach are second the non, always motivating and engaging and nothing is ever too much trouble. Harley who works at the restaurant is friendly and approachable all round good lad.”
