Having been to this Greggs 3 times, giving the benefit of the doubt for the first 2, Ellesmere Port Greggs has my title of 'worst Greggs ever visited'
From the speed and attitude of staff, to the lack of preparation and awareness from managers. It's just very disappointing
Would simply not recommend.

This review is based of numerous visits to this location.
I have been inside a few times and always ask for the same order. It's always 1 pepperoni pizza and 2 sausage rolls with 2 drinks. Every time I've got the pizza it's either been cold, greasy or just have ran out.
Today was the worst. There was 2 girls serving food and I seen there was 1 slice of pizza left. I got the the front of the que and I asked for the slice. There was also a women beside me who asked for a slice to. I had already placed my order when she asked and I was told there was no slices left. As I got told this I looked over and seen them handing the slice to the women who was behind me.! What a waste of my time on my lunch break. I now have to find elsewhere for food.
Get your staff sorted and your quality of food. It's expensive as it is so get it right.

I can honestly say Greggs in Ellesmere port Never fails to make delicious food . Because I always get my dinner from Greggs and it always tastes so good. If anyone were to ask me where's the best place to get dinner from I would always say Greggs . Because it always fills me up
Vegetarian options: They do have a few vegan options such as vegan sausage breakfast roll , Vegan mexican chicken free bake , sweet potato Bahji & rice , vegan sausage roll and a glazed ring donut.
Dietary restrictions: They are really helpful when it comes to dietary restrictions because they usually have a list by the till or they are more than happy to recommend the best options for you
Parking: The parking is quite good because they have a few parking places just near the shops and they also have available parking right outside greggs
Kid-friendliness: Honestly the staff are so friendly to all the customers and are always welcoming and helpful.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's really good for wheelchairs as it has a ramp to get into the shop and an easy way of getting out so it's definitely good if you have a wheelchair
