Visited Cheshire Oaks yesterday on a coach trip. My mum unfortunately had a fall. I cannot praise the staff there enough from security, first aider and Paramedic. They were there in seconds and treated both me and my mum with total respect and kindness. My mum is ok but big shout out to the staff there. Thankyou so much.

Dreadful I went a few years ago the customer sales staff in the shops are a bit snobby. If you don?t look like a model and don?t dress as though you have money there not interested.

Absolutely amazing service. I have an ankle injury and can not walk very well at the moment. I contacted Cheshire Oaks to see if they hired out wheelchairs. They replied quickly and arranged it all for free including premium parking. we arrived and were greeted by a lovely man and a wheelchair. Can not reccomend enough.

Lovely big shopping space lots of parking all shops have excellent staff but a big shout out to the staff at Burberry and Lacoste both made shopping experience one to remember

We had the best day yesterday at Cheshire Oaks! Everything felt very safe. It was lovely how accommodating to our little furry friend all shops were.....Frank the Dacshsund had the best time!
