1st time trying five guys, and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a small burger and a hotdog they were both delicious ? with a wide range of toppings to choose from. Not cheap but excellent quality ?

The burger and Cajun chips were excellent. The chips portion was surprisingly generous for a small size. The burger quality stood out compared to other fast food options. Although it was our first time going and we didn't understand the ordering process of selecting toppings so didn't take full advantage of this. Service was fast and efficient

Best Five Guys I've been too (loads better than the Chester city centre one). Super clean, always get the order right, staff are friendly. Burgers are excellent.

Be careful if you go in a big group. 9 of us and burgers were not numbered, orders wrong, missing extras. Good food but wasn't what I ordered.

Ok so first time ever trying five guys ! Place was clean and plenty of seating , The prices were a bit daunting as i paid £42 for 2 burgers & 2 chips & 2 milkshakes but in all honesty it was worth it ! I like my food so I originally thought omg what have i done but once you see the burgers there huge just like the fries ! Ive had alot of burgers in my time and these i would say are one of the best if not the best ive tasted ! Everything is fresh and you can see them make it in front of you , the milkshakes were amazing and out of this world ! We will definitely be back again as i cant get over how good they were ! Customer service was top notch also ! And clean toilets very good ?

Brilliant burgers, loads of flavours for refill drinks, and quick and polite service. It's a little expensive, but its quality food and the fries are amazing. Clean tables and toilets whenever we have visited.
Kid-friendliness: It's not a kids' restaurant, but they have high chairs, so yes, child and toddler friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah, entrance on the flat. Disabled toilet facilities and low (ish) order desk. The drink machine could be a little high for wheelchair users.

We visited Five Guys for the first time on Thursday just after it opened. The service I received was excellent and the store was clean and tidy. Two burgers, fries, bistoff milkshake and a soft drink yes it was £35 but well worth it. Food was beautiful, hot, and plenty of fries and the milkshake was amazing 30 mins later it was still thick and creamy. If I came across Five Guys with the other two leading burger chains I would pay the extra and walk into five guys. Thank you for such excellent service customer I went in just before a massive order was placed and watching was brilliant. See you again.
