Frustrating when busy, with single people taking up tables for 4 using the place as an office, customers clearing tables due to understaffing and the drive through seems to get priority.....not the best Costa around for service, but certainly not the worst either. Marine point in New Brighton is terrible for service.....run out of cups, decaf and never seems to be staffed enough! ....Shame because Costa serve the best coffee...it's the only reason I keep giving them my money!

Friendly staff make all the difference. He chatted to us and made recommendations. We had large lattes and teacakes. Coffee was good too! Teacake was nice and fruity, served with plenty of butter. Waiting for the traffic to ease, so might order more yet!

Standard Costa experience, food choice was a bit limited but it was mid afternoon. Tables and toilets were clean and presentable.
Parking: Not many spaces, predominantly a drive through, so very few onsite spaces.

Sunday 3rd March. The young chappie who was serving on drive through this morning was an absolute pleasure to be served by. He was pleasant, well mannered and very upbeat . He comes across like he loves his job and is happy to serve you. There are not many drive thru s that you can say that about. If I had my own business I would have him working for me. He is a credit to you costa.
