Nice Costa as per usual. Drinks tasty, plenty of seating for the small space. There was a queue for the bathroom and alot of tables needed clearing.

Whilst shopping in Next, decided to try Costa for a coffee. We were looking for a 4 seat table but they were either occupied (sparsely) or (mainly) full of dirty plates, crockery etc so we gave up and went elsewhere. One of our party is in a wheelchair so we couldn't even pull together 2 2 seater tables due to accessibilty. I've rated the food as 3 stars although we didn't have any and the system won't let me exclude it.

Went yesterday and was told they were not serving as they were awaitng an engineer for the coffee machine.
I asked if my potty training 2 year old could use the toilet and was told no. As she's 2 she cannot hold very long and as a result had wet herself on the way to another shop with a toilet.
There were approx 6 members of staff sat round, I fail to see why a broken coffee machine meant a young child could not use a toilet.

Visited 9.02.24 5 pm. Fabulous helpful young man who was so on the ball and even checked the cleanliness of the cutlery. The food was immaculately displayed and all the surfaces everywhere were gleaming. Such a lovely experience particulsrly as we feel Costa standards have slipped in general and msny outlets are not clean and tidy.

Great place for a really good coffee and snack. Staff are wonderful.

Great place to meet. We don't want big store Costa's.

Too much water in tea no space for milk one member of staff more bothered about making herself a drink instead of customer service.

The coffee maker was being snowed down with orders from the till - food sitting going cold , no help given to get the coffee orders out faster just putting money in the till as a priority!!
Coffee maker clearly struggling- 10 orders waiting to be made and the orders kept mounting up-- still no help given .
Well done to the coffee maker and bad on you till person for not offering any help what so ever !!
Also seems to be the manager on the till - shame on you

Is a lovely place for me to get a Costa and complete some work. The staff here are lovely. Would highly recommend this Costa.Dietary restrictions: There are many different milk alternatives here and the staff are really friendly and great to talk to and recommend changes you might want or need.

Very nice coffee, just the way I like. Very friendly and polite staff. Very clean seating area. For a mid afternoon break in shopping, there was still plenty of food left.

Waited ages to get served in this Costa. The person was to interested in talking to their friends, I was the only one in queue. I found it very rude tbh. Shame the drink was good and the service was really poor. I don't think I will be coming back.

Drink ok but 2 out of 3 staff went on break and had to wait 20 mins in a queue of one other person while poor guy left served and made drinks
