We went to clarks for our daughters first shoes, we had her feet measured first. It was a great service from a young gentleman called james, he recommended us what shoes would be suitable for our daughter who has started to take steps.

Visited here a couple of weeks ago. Unlike other Clarks stores that I have shopped in, people were trying shoes in their bare feet, normally pop socks are available for people to use. From a health and hygiene perspective this would prevent me buying from this store.

Managers AROGENT, RUDE as we were given £20 shoes by a member of staff then to be told in the most un professional manner NO there full price.
She needs a course on talking to customers and people skills.
It's not the money side but talk to paying customers with some respect.
