I can?t praise the staff enough for their patience when piercing my daughter?s ears today. My daughter worked herself into a real state and was crying her eyes out scared. The staff took their time with her, fetched her a teddy, spent time reassuring her and did a fantastic job. The earrings look beautiful. Thank you to all.

Took my 4 year old for ears to be pierced here. We asked for 2 staff so they were done at the same time. She sat in the chair and the girl set it all up, marked her ears then we waited 20 mins for a staff member to come over. There were two stood at the till, why it took 20 mins ill never know, so she was getting agitated already. They took the guns to her ears and one of the girls made it click down her ear so it made her jump so she got upset, after 5 mins the RUDE manager came out and said if you don?t stop that crying you won?t be having your ears pierced because I won?t let my girls do it. Bloody 4 and speaking like that to her. I was planning on paying £73 too, we?ve decided to go elsewhere. After checking the make of the earrings STUDEX they are £8 online so charging ridiculous prices.

I visited the shop last week and found the staff so rude as soon as I walked it. They were very unhelpful and had quite an attitude towards me and my child when asking about the ear piercing services. I will not be stepping foot in there again especially when the staff treat you like that, they all need some customer service training.

Staff made my child cry and sent us home with only one ear pierced. They didn't take time to convince her to pierce another ear because next person was in the queue. We've been told to pay full price again when she's ready to pierce second ear. Unprofessional!

They mainly seem to sell overpriced cheap stuff then offer big "discounts" to disguise it. Very small shop and not easy if you have a pram.

It?s Claire they use a gun it?s not safe it fares yours ears not pierces them if you go to Claire to get them done u very clearly don?t take the time to research and learn about your piercings

Very, very, very cramped. Not great if you're on "wider/broader" side and plenty of opportunity to knock things down when you turn around.Unable to speak of products and/or service as went in with a friend and had to go back out. One of the more cramped stores on McArthur Glen. NOT pushchair or wheelchair friendly.

Quite a small place, but packed with all sorts of goodies (girls' accessories). In the corner at the front, you can also get your ears pierced (free, but you have to pay for the earrings / studs - one of the cheapest being a pair of small steel studs - £29.00 with a 3 month's supply of lotion (a small bottle) thrown in - at January 2022). At busy times, ear piercers may have to wait outside in a queue.
