Had a problem with the charging cable of my Nintendo switch that I had bought from CeX a few weeks ago and the staff were super friendly and exchange the cable for a new one without hassle. Thank you.

dosent even deserve a 1 star rating.
first of all my son buys a wireless headset which said on the box it is compatible with an xbox which he has but when he tried connecting it it wouldnt work but on the manual it said it had to be connected wired but my sons controller is broke on the headset jack so thats why we went wireless and they denied a refund the cheecky goths

I wanted a change from my IPhone XR, to a Samsung galaxy, I was on a budget and wanted to get a new phone ASAP, I had looked on the Internet and other places, but I was amazed, how much I got for my IPhone and towards my new phone, the staff were very helpful and I made up, I got a good deal, I love my new Samsung phone :)

Popped in too find a newer phone for my 10 year old for Christmas. Excellent advice and chat with member of staff (didn't catch name but 62737 on receipt). Didn't try and up sell like other shops and explained warranty etc. Came away with great second hand phone. Very happy customer sure to return again.???

Normally the customer service is good at the shop but yesterday wasn't so good.The staff member was trying to find faults with everything.I understand that you need to make sure everything is in working order but to be told my items was faulty and they couldn't accept them was very wrong.The same day I went to another cex store and had the same items tested they worked without fault and was accepted.So I don't like being lied too by staff in this shop.

Legitimate scammers ? I do understand how a business works and that you need to make money at the end of the day but what they do a bit exaggerate. Most of the products they have for sale are very close price-wise to what you can find them for in currys or on-line shops brand new anyway... Not much of a discount or a good deal if that?s what you?re looking for.That being said I bought an item and was told that I can bring it back in 48hrs if for any reason I didn?t like it. Brought it back after 2 days only to find out that I?m not getting my money back but store credit instead?? in other words once you buy something from them and get out the door you won?t see your money back? For a company that big ,their attitude is very disappointing. No different from a hustler. I will definitely never set foot in one of their stores again.
