I appreciate this is an outlet but the prices of the items are still much higher than regular stores, so you expect a certain level of service. Sadly, there is better customer service in primark. I was trying on and seriously considering buying a coat over £800. No one approached me, instead one lady and two male members of staff were talking very loudly and laughing near the front door. I asked another woman about the offer in store, she curtly explained and walked off so I walked out too. My bank balance thanks the appalling service in store!

Great clothing,after all it?s a great brand. However,walked in,was looking for a certain item,the staff was just standing and ignoring the fact they had a customer,therefore decided to leave and do my shopping elsewhere.

We recently visited your shop while on a short visit to Alton Towers. We had the pleasure of being served by a young girl Christina who was the epitome of what every sales assistant should strive for. Friendly, helpful, efficient and took time out of her day to ask how ours was going and what our plans were for the rest of our break. She is a real asset to the brand .

Store is really nice, warm and cozy. Very luxury with professional customer service. The prices are very good compared to what they are online as it is an outlet store. Staff very friendly and helpful for when you want to try clothes and at the checkout. Excellent.
