Well im Gobsmacked. Just been to the hospital for a biopsy and needed a pick up so thought I'd get myself some new makeup so went to boots in Cheshire oaks. Well im absolutely furious to be honest. Asked a girl on a counter for some help as I couldn't see the colour I was after and the 3for2 only had one. The girl refused to help me as its not premium as in she doesn't do the shop floor just her counter. Never heard anything like it in my life. Asked another lady only to be told im with someone and can't help. Then we seen another girl by this time im well angry and she confirmed no just the one in stock on the 3for2 then another girl says they don't do this blusher in this make yet I still have a bit left from a few months back so they obviously do and it was from that boots I purchased it. Never had so much ignorance in one shop and a lack of help. Then I get to the till and thats the icing on the cake as only one cash till and what a nightmare where even the girl didn't seem to understand what to do. Never again and you can stick the vouchers as they can't be used. Joke

One of those occasions when I needed to see the Pharmacist for antibiotics rather than take a day off work to see a doctor. I walked into Boots straight after work (about 6pm, when my doctors practice would be closed!!) taken privately into an interview room and was able to get a course of tablets. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Pretty poor to be honest. I usually shop in boots & find them really helpful. However I just tried to buy piriton for my toddler on our way back from a holiday. Whilst I appreciate we didn?t arrive into store until five to 5, the store is advertised as open until 5. I asked an assistant where I?d find it & was sent to the children?s medication - not there. Asked someone else and was pointed to the allergy section but hastily advised they don?t know if they had children?s as they ran off. I saw it, picked it up and it was a dummy box. Took it to the till where they said it would be in the pharmacy which was shut. Went to put it back and asked an advisor over there why it would be in the pharmacy when it?s on boots shelf and she said it would be behind the till but they can?t get it for me now because it?s 5pm. Really annoying, felt like they were all in a rush to get out rather than do their job until the store closes.

Husband bought an expensive hair tool that was wrong, he used self serve and picked up a voucher rather than a receipt. The 2 ladies who trawled the transactions to find it and sort out a refund were excellent, friendly, helpful and lovely to the our 2 young children who were hot and bored! A credit to Boots, shame we didn't get their names but it was Friday 9th May approx half3

I visited the chemist at this store today. The lady whom I spoke to was extremely helpful in relation to my back issues. She gave me a lot of advice as I was struggling with extreme discomfort and pain, unfortunately I did not get her name but I just wanted to express my thanks. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to anyone needing medical advice/support.

Are the pharmacists actually qualified because they are unable to tell the difference between extensive tonsillitis and a sore throat. If this is what the level of pharmacy first services are from this company no wonder acute services are over run. Not only useless but clinically incompetent.

I came into this store to see if I could exchange my electric toothbrush which had recently stopped working and it was under a year old. After phoning customer care who informed me they wouldn?t be able to deal with this as it was an in-store purchase without a receipt, it was at the store manager?s discretion. I came into the store and the manager Steph was very helpful, she was kind and compassionate and dealt with the problem swiftly. I wanted to leave a positive review for her as I know usually people tend leave more negative reviews and forget to highlight their positive experiences as well. Thank you very much Steph for your help and excellent customer service skills.

I would like to thank the young lady on your cosmetics counter in your Cheshire oaks branch for her help when I was looking for bb cream foundation which is out of stock. When I told her I was to return home to tenerife tomorrow she gave me a sample to take with me until it's back in stock and my daughter can buy more and send it to me
Thank you

They have removed the manned tills at the front of the shop, leaving only self-checkouts which don't even work properly. Just one employee looking after the self-checkout area and they were all going wrong so there was a huge queue forming and no one could finish scanning their shopping. Lots of security guards, so they've brought in these checkouts but don't trust the customers not to steal.
You would also think that now they don't have any workers to pay, they would use the money to clean the front of the shop! It looks disgusting covered in algae.

Booked in for a hearing appointment. First appointment was cancelled by Boots but they set up another so I went.
Disappointed to then find that I was told by the audiologist that the first appointment as for 15 minutes and given I am deaf I needed a 75 minute appointment which they would take 6 to 12 months as the audiologist only works part time.
I'd have not made the journey which was put of the way and being mobility disabled if I knew.
Hearing aids can cost thousands. I thought the whole experience was terrible not least as this was high spend.
I'll not use Boots hearing services again.
