Some great prices on a wide range of shoes for walkers, runners and other sports people. I was happy that the shoes they had weren't just the ones they couldn't sell at retail.

I went for a pair of running trainers.
They have a lot of running shoes at various prices.
I spoke to a very helpful girl who explained the difference between the cheapest and the most expensive and decided that a mid-range pair would be best for me.
I walked out 10 minutes later very happy with my purchase.

I have bought several pairs of Asics trainers with no problem, however, 2 days ago I purchased a pair of Gel Kayano 30.
I always buy a 4.5 so thought these would be fine. I ran a 10k the following day and my toes were really sore leaving one of my nails bruised and black.
I took them back to the store and they won?t do anything as they ve been worn once. The girl asked if I had been measured as I should have gone up a size in this model. No one advised me this in the shop. Very disappointed as I now have a pair of shoes that I can?t wear

Amazing customer service from Harriet! After experiencing a sub-par experience in store last year which led me to buying shoes completely wrong for my feet, Harriet was completely understanding, and sorted me right out! I really appreciate how simple she made my whole experience. Shoes are a billion times better and I now have zero excuse to put off running. Thank you!

Really friendly staff as always! I come by the Cheshire Oaks 2/3 times a year to replace my running trainers and have a hunt for some bargains. Harriet and a young girl (I think she was training) greeted me and Harriet offered to do a gait assessment with me as it had been a while, to ensure I was running in the correct amount of arch support after an accident had left me with an injury. Harriet explained everything to me and showed me all my options, checked my sizing and she even signed me up to an ASICS club to save me 10%. I can?t wait to take them for a spin tomorrow. Thank you Harriet and good luck to the young lady she was teaching. I?ll be back in a few months!

If you?re unsure what shoes to buy for fitness purposes then you should 100% visit this store. Linzi is fabulous, so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and their technical sides and what product type would be the right choice for me as I have a problem with my ankle. When I was unsure about the colour choice she went out of her way to show me the different ones online and was patient and understanding. She was attentive without being pushy. Thank you for being so helpful. Store was super clean and organised and other staff members were friendly too.

poor shipping arrangement by the Asics team,
