Shocking pharmacy, always huge queues with one member of staff on. Poor communication, and will leave you waiting for far too long. Tell you to come back in an hour, only to tell you that your prescription is not ready. Worst pharmacy I?ve come across.

Emailed to say my prescription would be ready for collection on Monday. Turned up, closed. Went Tuesday & didn?t have my item in stock. Tried calling all day Wednesday (15 times) throughout the day & not one answer. Terrible service.

One of the worst pharmacies!!! Never has your required medication in stock and pretty standard meds too, nothing unusual! Closes for lunch in this day and age!! Always huge queues!

The worst customer service ever the lady called Sephora or something like that very rude and told the hole place what medication I was on by shouting it out so everyone could here and basically told me if I wasn?t happy I could go else where

Had to wait to be served, which was a tad annoying since I was standing in the queue for a while; using crutches for a broken leg, wanting to buy co-codamol. While the service was adequate; considering it is a healthcare related service, I would have expected some patient-centered consideration for the needs of the customers.

Called to check they had my prescription medication in stock before I travelled there. They said they did but when I arrived they said they didn't have it. Fuming!!

Fantastic service for emergency prescription through nhs app 111 service. Script was ready in less than hour for pick up, and now I don?t have to go through five hellish days waiting for surgery to sort it. Thankyou so much Mr. Pharmacist on phone
