No issue with service BUT they make you walk all the way back out through Sainsbury?s main checkouts after you have collected and paid for your Argos item. They have a gate so you can?t exit through Argos anymore! Ridiculous nonsense and enough to stop me using the store. I do not want to carry unbagged items and boxes through Sainsbury?s when they sell the same items in store!

Trying returning a mobile phone charger later on the same day, online said compatible with samsung phones, it wasnt, women said box is open and works on my Samsung, no refund. Avoid this place.

I returned a TV I had purchased because it was faulty, only to be accused of miss handling the tv upon installation, after explaining I had taken the utmost care in unpacking and installation I was informed I would be given the?benefit of the doubt? a doubt that shouldn?t have been there in the first place, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

Wont hand over items that you have ordered with out proof of an argos card. A picture front and back is not valid proof but its completely fine to have someone validate it over a videocall. Shambles of a company from top to bottom

New Starbucks cafe absolutely rancid tea and sounds like a nis station. Never going there again.

Sainsbury's on Kinsey Road is in a great location within Ellesmere Port, it is within walking distance of Cheshire Oaks, which is one of the largest outlet centres in the country with 145 stores. The store is fairly easy to navigate and has a reasonable selection for a store of its' size, it also supports the Sainsbury's Smartshop app, meaning you are able to use your phone to scan items and bag them as you're going around the store, just head to the checkout to pay, and you're good to go. More recently, the Cafe area at the front of the store has been converted into a Starbucks, which is a nice Starbucks location, I like visiting this Starbucks when shopping at Cheshire Oaks, as it is much nicer and quieter than the one actually inside the centre. The staff in the store seem friendly, and the checkout experience was quick and easy, combined with Smartshop. I was able to find the items I came in for. The store in general does have a slightly older look/feel to it than other Sainsbury's stores, so has more of an older/classic feel, it could do a refurb in the slight future but remains OK for now. 4*

Management and staff complete rude .,arrogant ,discrimination against disabled customer in store , tried to return a lenovo tab which was not compatible with Google any more , branch manager ,security guard, sainsburys manager all tell me to p.off out of store as item was used and after they switched on and off refused refund or exchange ,so stuck with a tab over £100 can not use ,Argos head office useless as well ,Their don't like it return it ,is only on un opened boxed items ,must have security seal still in tact .Do NOT USE THIS ARGOS OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ARRESTED BY THE SECURITY GUARD

I don?t think I?ve ever given an Argos a 5 star review, it normally ends in disaster, compensation, complaints etc.However, having bought something from Chester Argos which was broken when I opened the package, I was expecting the worst, but I got the best kind of service. The young lady at Ellesmere Port Argus refunded me on a gift card without issue and even recommended a better product, and was throughly nice throughout.Great work!

Can never fault Argos. Sometimes they lack stock which can be frustrating, but it is no big deal. Prices are usually very competitive and the customer service and return of any unfortunately faulty items is second to none.
