Different member of staff in each time. Have had out of date medication prescribed to me. Can't pick up your prescription because they are doing covid clinic, you have to go back later that day. The dirt everywhere. Need regular and enough staff to operate properly. Lots are saying the same. One other thing can very rarely get them to answer the phone, and have closed at random times

I visited this branch on 20/12/24 as I have many times.
I would give this branch zero rating if I could .
On entering the shop a lady was having a conversation with one of the 3 staff that was on duty and was a little upset as her perceptions was not ready as she had been in there on two other occasions.
The shop assistant was playing with her pony tail and was very rude to the lady and shown very little interest in her perception that was not ready.
I asked another shop assistant for my perception and she went to look for it ( no eye contact ,no please ,no thank you )
The customer turned to me and said they would not win any awards here for customer service very quietly .
The shop assistant then said what did you pair say ? We both said we are having a conversation between the two of us .
Both assistant them said how rude are you two you both need to show some respect as we are very busy !
I said a hello,thank you or eye contact would not go amiss as I think your customer service is shocking !
They then started arguing telling us we were rude and their attitude is not what I would expect from them .
I asked for there area manager contact details also there customer service phone no.
They refused to give it to me .
On leaving the store I rang the customer service and relaid my experience to them and asked for the area manager to contact me to discuss my experience.
To date I have not had any contact from either customer service or the area manager .
I will never use this wells pharmacy branch ever again .
Looking at the reviews on here they have a big issue with the staff in this pharmacy with customer service.

Dreadful Place! Do yourself a favour and don?t get your prescription sent here. After a week following GP approval of my blood pressure tablets and hearing nothing (sometimes get a text), I went to the pharmacy to collect my tablets, only to be told they were ?out of stock?, and I would have to try getting them from somewhere else! So no message or call to tell me they weren?t available. How long were they expecting me to wait and go without my medication for? Absolutely useless and will be using a pharmacy elsewhere.

Been a regular at Wells pharmacy hungerford road in crewe as its next to the GP practice ..however over the last 6-8 months it seems as if the staff serving there have no sense of responsibility ..3 times out of the last 4 I have been given half my prescription order and even today I came home checked the prescription and half my drugs were not in it ..so had to go back to the pharmacy and the person who served me didn't realise there were 3 different bags .. maybe they should label them 1 of 3 , 2 of 3 etc .. would have ignored it as an oversight if it was a one off but this seems to be a regular occurrence ..maybe they need an update in their working method ..

Rang the pharmacy at 18.15 asking if they had the facility where the pharmacist could check my daughter?s ear and issue prescriptions, as I had been referred by the doctor. The lady on the phone said, yes tomorrow, I said am I not able to come tonight as I was close by, she replied with, well if your quick as it?s been a long day!!!When we arrived at the pharmacy a few minutes later we saw the pharmacist who was very efficient and issued antibiotics.Whilst waiting for the prescription, the girl from the phone was answering question from the pharmacist with, I don?t know, it?s time to go home, and was yawning and sighing.This girl needs to question if this job is right one for her, zero customer service skills, no empathy and just rude!! Clearly no children either.We actually left the pharmacy at 18.29. So you were all still able to go home on time!

Bad experience today at this Pharmacy. I wanted to buy some anti fungal cream that had been prescribed by the GP in the past. The assistant behind the counter wanted to know where I was going to apply the cream. I said it was private so she refused to sell me the product. What is it coming to when an assistant is trying to manage my health and you are asked private questions in a public place.

It is a small pharmacy where I collect my prescriptions. No issues really. Prescriptions are most often available and ready on time. Occasionally not, so either wait/return later same day/return next day. Occasionally queuing up is out of the door due to sudden influx of customers all at same time to a small pharmacy. Pharmacists are efficient and try to attended to everyone as quickly as is possible. Pharmacists are nice and due to it being a small place they do remember names/recognise faces which helps speed things up. On my way there now. lol

Went for a Talcum powder and one of the ladies in blue gave me one. i asked to confirm if it was bcos it was a different name in it and she said it a type of Talc. Been using this so called talcum powder for months and never works or give me any sort of relieve. I just checked the write up at the back of the container and guess what 100% -Talc free. and am like really..So disappointed.

The staff are overworked , it's such a small chemist for so many people in the area . They do a fantastic job mostly ready the same day . Wish they opened Saturday morning though. Great job guys keep it up.

Went in for tablets that were not available for my husband the week before.Assumed a week later would be ready to collect ,as had my we owe you paper !Met with someone who at first told me tablets weren?t available but were NOT tablets in my husbands prescription!!!!I then complained re fact not new prescription it was what owed met with abuse from young Lady like it was my fault !!!!Backed up by many in shop with similar experience.Waited 1 hour and 3/4 to get tablets owed from prescription from week before owed by them !Been a customer here for as long as been there !But you are a JOKE blaming surgery !!Been to Pharmacy2U ordered Monday received tablets Friday by post !So my advice is ditch this lot

One of the nicest pharmacist around. Nothing is too much trouble. Good waiting times and well stocked. Thank you Dr. Henry for your help with my medication.
