Very rude and unhelpful blonde lady on the front desk. Always made to feel uncomfortable going in there when she?s serving, as if I?m some sort of inconvenience, just looks over her glasses at you and gives you short blunt one word answers. Wouldn?t dare ask her for any advice. Bad enough just trying to collect prescriptions. Rest of the staff have always been present though.

I took my 86 year old neighbour to the pharmacy for advice . He had pierced a vein on his hand on a rose thorn and within seconds had a big blue lump on his hand , he was in a panic so l took him straight to rope green pharmacy for advice . The young girl serving asked the lady pharmacist , who wasn?t dealing with anyone else , to look at the lump , seemingly she couldn?t be bothered and sent the young girl back who told us to wash the wound and stick a plaster on it ! It would only have taken a couple of minutes for the pharmacist to look and reassure my elderly neighbour that there was no need to panic . So much for the NHS telling us to see a pharmacist instead of a doctor !!!

For a Pharmacy that's attached to a Medical Centre, you would thought they would be all over everything like a tramp on hot chips!
Sadly, the reality it that it seems understaffed, lots of queuing and overpriced goods. There seem to be multiple reports of rude staff.
Get your prescriptions online instead.

This review rating is based on one particular member of staff named Sharon and whilst I feel It is unfair to blame the whole pharmacy, I see from previous reviews that clearly nothing is being done to tackle her awful customer service skills and the way she speaks to people.
I have been in a few times this week and witnessed just how appalling her behaviour is towards customers. Not an ounce of decent customer service or even a crack of a smile.
I understand and empathise that working in such a busy and demanding place can at times be stressful but this lady does not deserve to have a customer facing role nor should be in one.

Well Pharmacy in Shavington isn't my usual Pharmacy due to bad experiences in the past however, for ease, decided to use them today. I can definitely say I won't be using them again. I was met by an extremely unhelpful member of staff who just looked over her glasses at me and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to serve me. Zero customer service skills whatsoever and to be honest was quite rude. Will definitely be going back to my usual helpful and friendly Pharmacy in future!

The back team here might be amazing, but the counter staff are awful - rude and dismissive. The previous reviewer is absolutely right, you feel as a customer as though you are an inconvenience. Let?s hope that someone in a position of responsibility is reading these reviews and taking action.

I think it?s time the blonde on the serving counter, Sandra? either gets a new job or gets sacked. Calling out peoples medication clearly embarrassing a poor man about his meds and if he needed them urgently, if that was me I?d have been mortified and made a complaint to the highest level possible.

Rubbish. Book a flu jab on their website, take time off work to go for it only to get there and be told very rudely sorry we?ve stopped doing them. Go on the website and book somewhere else.
Why let me book in the 1st place if you?re not doing them anymore?!??

Do everything I can to avoid this chemist, I have never met such surly impolite staff in a long time. Working for the NHS myself, I know the challenges of being in the service industry but even I manage to drag out at please & thank you even on the worst of days. I think it?s time certain members of staff looked for a role better suited to them or one they actually enjoy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into Well Shavington and when I went to counter Sandra was serving. I asked if there was a prescription for my son and I was told there was nothing there and had to go next door to the doctors. I did this and the doctors receptionists were brilliant and gave me a barcode number for the prescription I was asking about. I then went back to the pharmacy. Sandra then looked at me and looked at the hand held device and when I put the note down she said "Yeah" I explained that I had been next door and this is the information for it. And then she went on to say that I was being rude to her while she was talking down to me. I then asked if someone else could serve me, which someone else did. She went on to say sorry and that Sandra wasn't being rude from what she heard. She did apologise for her which she shouldn't have done but there was still no smile from her either. I wouldn't have minded if I was spoken to in a proper manner and I wish I was made to feel welcome but I wasn't and to top it all off there were other people waiting for their prescriptions. There was no smile, just her looking over her glasses as she always does. I found her to be extremely rude and not polite at all. Her customer service is non existent and for someone who is at the front of the house (so to speak) is not very good for anyone who gets treated like they are below her. This is the 3rd time she has served me and made me feel like rubbish for going in. I suffer with anxiety and depression and after leaving the pharmacy I suffered with my anxiety. I WILL NOT be entering this pharmacy again and will be going else where from now on.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now after transferring from another. Initially, it was an absolute disaster; non-existent customer service, lines out the door, stock issues, and so on. I wanted to post a positive review today simply because I think they?ve introduced new staff, who really are going to make a difference based off my experience today. I think the name was Lindsay or Leslie, and she was absolutely lovely. She really made the effort to greet everyone, and apologise for any amount of wait that was had, sincerely. It?s crazy to think that this triggers a review from me, but truly compared to the usual horrific service it had to be mentioned, and hopefully more of this service will continue.

Feels like they need extra staff..
The front line staff never stop and you feel rushed.
Not their fault it's just how it is.
