Wonderful Pharmacy! The staff are always cheerful and working cohesively as a team and even when faced with large workloads and constant out of stocks they?re always quick to act and try to get it or to let us know to go back to the GP. They put up with a lot in this pharmacy and I?m grateful they always work so hard to get my medications together. Thanks Brookhouse ?

Terrible. Took nearly 2 weeks to order a medication which every other chemist had, but they couldn't get. I understand that things are all computerised, but this medication is vital for me and without it I suffer. I had not had any at all for 3 days, and was told on Friday that it would be in on Monday. On Monday there was no sign of it. My daughter went and was told to get onto the GP and request a different strength, meanwhile I am suffering. The clinical pharmacist from my GPs surgery rang me and told me that the medication was showing as in stock and should be there on Tuesday (this is at another branch of Wells, 2 miles away). I rang on Tuesday and was told that they use different suppliers and it is not in stock. The person I spoke to was quite impatient and said 'well, it's not showing as in stock here'. I told her I was under investigation for a condition and needed it urgently, as I was beginning to feel ill. I was told that 'I wasn't the only one waiting for it'. I had to get on to my GP and the person I spoke to very kindly arranged for another prescription to be sent to Tesco Pharmacy and within a couple of hours, I had my medication. I have only used this small chemist a couple of times, because of this palava and my prescription was sent there in error. This is almost 2 weeks later and my nominated chemist is now Tesco and I'm praying that I never have to use that chemist and it's impatient and unhelpful staff again!!

Jane Pharmacist Brookhouse hand delivered Mums new prescription after hospitalisation and effectively saved the day. And the roads were shocking too.

I use Brookhouse pharmacy regular, but I'm not happy with the cleanliness of the shop. The floor obviously not been cleaned for months, it's disgusting. If the staff are too busy then I think you should get a cleaner.

The staff are excellent and will always do their best to solve any problems if prescriptions are not ready when expected etc.

I ordered my medication a week ago and instead of getting them both in stock at the same time they get only the 1 which sets us back weeks organisation is horrendous going to launch a formal complaint
