I have not been well all week, I went to nantwich Road well pharmacy to ask advice. The pharmacist was very helpful he listened and recommended a medication and prescribed it on a prescription, and told me to return for antibiotics if this didn't work. I was surprised how quick it all took. Excellent service more people should use this service..

Visited for planned covid jab. Staff did not greet me or make eye contact initially. Three staff on duty all busy chatting and two younger staff seemed immature for a pharmacy. Covid jab was efficient but the staff member who carried out the injection lacked any people skills. Shop was near and tidy, hence 2 stars.

Absolutely shoddy unprofessional and rude .
Numerous times repeat meds not ready .
They will say not in but if you point out you have waited 4 days they can do it if you wait .
Issue today with ? missing item.
I asked for an apology , which staff would not give and just stayed silent on the line
Shoddy, rude and totally unprofessional which is of concern given the nature of their business.
Like other it deserves 0 stars ..

Amazing staff work so so hard and have to put up with abusive language and threatening behaviour from customers daily some even racist. Really seen the staff go above and beyond for customers ! Yes it's unfortunate when they close for lunch but everyone deserves a lunch and shouldn't receive abuse for a basic human right. Staff have NEVER served anyone I know or myself or family with any attitude but they won't take abuse from customers, which is very fair!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff especially Chinese assistant. She is rude, never smiles, has zero empathy. What a disgrace she is and the branch. Never had item in stock for relative and literally did not care that particular assistant. She should not be employed at that branch!

Would give it 0 if I could. Absolutely horrific service, took 30mins for one bottle of medicine and the staff didn't seem to quick about it and we're very rude. I would not recommend going here for your medicine, takes way to long get it delivered if you can. Avoid

Shocking, random lunch break times. Always going back as never got enough meds, staff just shrug their shoulders when you question why you have to keep going back. I'd give them zero star's but sadly, that's not an option. Avoid ??????
