I changed over from specsavers to vision express a couple of years ago when I moved to Sandbach, mainly because of the exceptional customer service provide, in particular by Jo who I always deal with when ever I go in. She always goes above and beyond and follows up everything without hesitation. I always feel like part of the family when I go in (which is often as I have a bit of a glasses obsession ha) and the service is always 10/10. Jo has a lot of knowledge when it comes to types of glasses, or contact lense types and is always super helpful and polite. Great job!

Called in yesterday with a problem with a frame on a pair of glasses I bought just under a year ago and (drat can?t remember the guys name) and h3 sorted it out on the spot with a replacement frame at no cost, or fuss. Couldn?t be happier. Great service. I?ll be back!

Got last minute appt due to some new symptoms.Greeted straightaway and told I'd be seen very soon, which I was.Had some tests done before seeing the optician Neil who was excellent.Put me at ease, was very thorough and knew his stuff.I had a medical test rather than sight test.This re-assured me and I am returning for a sight test next week.Highly recommend
