Travis Perkins Crewe branch is my go-to merchant, and it's all thanks to Ben and his team, who consistently go above and beyond to take care of us. Even when Ben isn't available, Jamie is always ready to step in and provide great support. The yard team is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are just as reliable. Outstanding service all around!

What a fantastic team they have at the Crewe branch.
All very helpful. Phoned up to hire a compactor. They spent time talking to me to make sure I got the correct one for the job.

Went to the Crewe store today. The staff were lovely & helpful. We bought composite decking along with everything else we needed for our project .The salesman was very helpful & coped very well with me changing my decking choices.. Did not get his name unfortunately. Many thanks.

We arrived a few minutes before closing time and had to have 6 boards cut to size that we ordered as they wouldn't have otherwise fitted in the car. We were aware that we didn't give them much time to arrange this. No problem.
John and Blaine assisted us and even loaded the cut boards into our car which were very heavy. They stayed until after closing time and were super helpful. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience. You guys are an asset to Travis Perkins and your dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you both for your super friendly and wonderful service and for going the extra mile for a customer.

Just been into Crewe store over some issues the lads this morning were absolutely amazing also this dinner time went back for refund and lads again amazing nothing is ever too much trouble for these lads had good experience before with this store thanks lads for all your help

My first time dealing with Travis Perkins Crewe usually deal with Liverpool and I must say I received a tremendous service from everybody, especially to Ryan who went above and beyond going out of his way in his own time to make sure I received all the materials they didn't have in stock in time for the job to start.
He was polite, professional and knowledgeable made everything easy nothing was too much trouble , Big thanks Ryan excellent service

Update: Was reached out to directly by the store who are redelivering the missing item + swapping the dark wood. Good customer service response. ** Missing items from delivery, Wood completely different colours, massive stakes >4m long when advertised as ~1.8m+, and only 30 mins notice of delivery window.
