Stopped here on our way south.
Room was basic but has everything you need, it was Very clean and you get tea/coffee etc
Staff member on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Overall good place to stay, definitely recommend?

Room was basic, clean and functional. The staff member on duty at time of check in was superb, she was so helpful, polite and professional.
There is a 24hr Greg's attached to the petrol station across the road and a subway and Aldi across the main road. A few other shops nearby. Nights were quiet even with a 24hr fuel station nearby...we had a room facing it and windows open all night.

The hotel family room was ok, but the problem was the wifi only 30minutes free wifi, then after you to pay, I tried I paid for 24hrs for £3.50 but still was not able to access it, so I just ignored it to avoid stress during my stay. Parking was ok

It's a Travelodge, you get what you pay for. The staff at this one were understanding and helpful with our child's accident requiring new bedclothes.

As a regular guest of over 3 years due to my work commitments in the area, I can't speak highly enough of the manageress & the staff who have looked after me here, from the first time I stayed to now. They are very courteous, helpful & always have a smile to greet me when I arrive. They are a credit to themselves & the company. I would also recommend the pub over the car park too. As they are the same & the foods great too!

Stayed in the Crewe Barthomley brance excellent service reception guy, Jaffa very helpful and polite credit to chain, excellent peaceful stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Travelodge Crewe and was thoroughly impressed by the experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Rachel. Upon my arrival on Sunday evening, I was promptly checked in and provided all the necessary information, including registering my car to ensure free parking?a thoughtful touch for long-term guests like myself.
Rachel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Knowing that I drink a lot of coffee, he kindly offered extra supplies for the tray, which I greatly appreciated. His polite and friendly demeanor stood out, and our conversation about life experiences was both enjoyable and engaging.
Later in the week, I needed cutlery to enjoy a meal I had ordered. Rachel once again stepped in and quickly provided what I needed, saving the day and showing the kind of attentiveness that makes a big difference during a stay.
This Travelodge experience exceeded all my expectations and stood out as the best among the chain locations I?ve stayed at previously. I?ll definitely be staying here again and will happily recommend it to friends. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere?Travelodge Crewe has it all.
