Went to Tile Giant for bathroom tiles & flooring we?d been to another couple of places but nothing jumped out at us & we didn?t have a clue what flooring we needed we saw this place & took a punt so glad we did as the young lad Jack was so helpful new exactly what we needed when i described the flooring I wanted really helpful young man and gave us some discount would definitely recommend this place, they will even hold stuff & deliver in a couple of weeks if your not quite ready for it. Well done Tile Giant & well done jack!

Visited on Bank Holiday Friday which was leaving things late. Particularly as there was another Bank on Monday. This meant that our chosen tiles couldn?t be delivered until the following Thursday. We needed tiles for Tuesday and Jack behind the counter went above and beyond to provide us with alternative tiles that were in stock for immediate delivery. Excellent service and thank you Jack.

We visited the Crewe store on many occasions before finally making our decisions. We must have had conversations with all the staff there and every single one of them went out of their way to help us. They gave us some great advice and guidance about what we would need for our new bathroom, helped us to make the right choices, without any pressure on us to buy.We would have no hesitation in recommending Tile Giant Crewe, to our family and friends. Randomly walked into Tile Giant @Crewe to research floor tiles for a recent domestic project. Adam was super helpful and in summary we purchased 'Sequoia mid blue' floor tiles which went down really well & look great. Bought Cordova White Porcelain tiles at Tile Giant in CW1 and the quality of service I received was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and informative and of great assistance. They took all the time and pain to explain all details to me and helped me making the right choices I needed. The tiles so far have been topnotch and I'm grateful for the assistance I received from Adam, Jack and Emma. Thanks much guys and I'm enjoying my Porcelain tiles so well now ?
