Superb customer care !! Daniel is the customer care advisor we were dealing with.He provided us an excellent service ..as this was our very first week in Crewe and we were disappointed if selecting a good internet service,He was so kind and helped us a lot , he is a very good guider and a very good customer care provider? Went in to 3 shop Crewe today and was served by a lovely lad called Daniel.Daniel could not have been more helpful. He sorted not only my new phone and contract but the whole switch over.He explained everything step by step and nothing was too much trouble.I highly recommend this shop and all the staff were smiley and nice.Thanks again Daniel for all your help.???

What a delight! I just had 3 visits to the 3 Mobile shop in Crewe and they were fantastic..all the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. But more importantly they were also willing to take time to sit down and listen to me. Sia was the lady who helped me resolve all my Samsung questions (must have seemed like mastermind audition !).- Recommend to everyone. ?

I?ve had a three contract for over 20 years! Today I came into this store and received the best customer service I?ve ever had with three.Daniel was fantastic! Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend popping into store and speaking with him if you have any queries.
