The staff in this store are beyond rude, disrespectful. The ?manager? thinks that it?s nice to refer to people as ?that one?. Training needs to be done if that?s how they talk to people.

I had breakfast with my 5 year old granddaughter. She wanted jacket potato with cheese and tuna. The cheese was extra £1.50. Her potato was terrible clearly reheated from the day before. It was inedible. I had the full breakfast at £9.50. Sausage way overcooked and bacon hard. It whole experience was a complete ripoff. I will never go again. I can?t even find a complaint procedure for the Cafe.

Bloody joke either one of the escalators is always broken whenever I come. Today 7th June 2025, it was the one going up and being 8 months pregnant I couldn?t claim the stairs, it was a Saturday and there was about 20 people waiting to use the lift. I felt ill and back was killing, no way I could have waited and I needed a prescription. What a joke this store is.

Clean, easy access, nice people, plenty of checkouts too. Happy to visit again in the future. Watch and shoe repais at timpsons as well.

This is not the first time happened to me on this particularly tesco store in crewe
Today went shopping 2/5/25 as usual doing my weekly shopping
So when I done the shop, I went to this elderly Cashier I asked her first before I put my shop on the conveyor if she is free she looked at me and pulled her face and the she shakes her head, Rude. so I thought she must be finished her shift for the day
Then I took my trolley to the next Cashier, and when I look at her, she was still there carry on serving customers and obviously white customers and she was so friendly with them. This woman I can see on her face that she doesn't like serving any foreign customers
It happened to me couple of times particularly same situation in the same store and I made a complaint to someone in charge on that day but he won't do anything about it and complaint the company same again have Done NOTHING!!!!
I foung this very disgraceful and DISCRIMINATE towards none white customers
This company they are all family members work in there so they won't do anything
From now on I don't feel like want to shop in there anymore unless I can't find anywhere else

I like Tescos however their international calling card is alot left to be desired. I left a review on their website it was neutral feedback . Which the adviser didn?t take too well to the feedback. Started Nick picking the call was over hour long. Commenting its was an 1 hour 15minutes and the cost of the call was roughly £14.00 Nick picking the call was £13.00 in change. I had stated you have to top up every 3-6months ( which he picked at saying it was 6months) I stated I too up by minimum payment he responded too up by minimum pay which I said .. ?? who cares stick to the nature of the complaint. Being very unprofessional and childish. Refused to post my review so as it connected to Tescos I will leave it on her instead.
On 9th March 25 Unhygienic toilet seem to be standard in all supermarkets Crewe, Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Blood on sanitary bin toilet all over the floor and in flushed toilet janitor must be on strike?.

Thank you to my Tesco delivery man who got my shopping to me this week despite the main road closure to my street. He parked as close as he could but not that near and then trundled all my shopping to me on a trolley. Greatly appreciated thank you?

My experience in this store as I live in the town for last 20 years I have never seen any helpful staff in this store all of them are useless, rude and racist. My recent experience there is a coin machine exchange be aware never put money into because it will steal your money.

Good Tesco but has two significant problems
1. Annoying speed racers in the parking lot. There are signs which says they prosecute these people but they have existed for years so it's clear these signs are just window dressing.
2. No reduced/clearance aisle. There are dozens of staff who work here so why aren't items near their best before date not put on reduction? Is Tesco just throwing away and wasting all the food that doesn't get sold? Shameful really
