Pharmacist manager (Mayur) was lovely. Asked me if I would like a blood pressure check.
He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. As it goes my blood pressure was off so he is having me fitted with a mobile blood pressure monitor tomorrow for 12 hours.

Very poor service just trying to ring them to find out if a prescription is ready but there number doesnt work and when you ring the store and transfer to the pharmacy just rings and rings ive tried 10 times now. Instead ive gotta go in store for a possible wasted journey.

they have a constant problem with prescriptions or they dispense them in full or in half. Secondly, when you want to call them, they either pretend not to understand you or they don't even answer the phone.

Came here today usually served by a nice younger lad who is always helpful however I went today and the service I received from a middle aged woman was bang out of order ... she was very rude and condescending. Made me feel sick. Managers pls train ur staff in being gracious and courteous.not going again

Staff need to do a course in customer relations. They are so miserable, no greeting or smile. It?s as if it?s too much trouble to serve you. Will not be using again
