Currently at this subway. Poor customer service, poor stock management. Whilst there is a backup of about 5 orders ( including delivery) one of the staff members decided to engage in a happy chat with a customer he knows while complaining loudly about his day. The other asked what I wanted on my sub and then proceeded to do the opposite and gave me a (fallen apart) sub. Also the freezer is frozen. I don?t know how else to put that.

It was a very nice experience in subway the workers were very nice, helpful, and friendly, really do appreciate the hospitality and support. however the female worker was very rude towards her staff, and the sandwich I ordered was missing cheese from the top of the bread and it was every soft on the top instead of being crunchy on top ;which was made in the morning I came in, I wasn?t happy about that.

Footlong tuna usually has 4 scoops tuna Standard size. She put it 2and half scoops .

Expensive, very slow customer service if the staff concentrated on serving customers i stead of talking to each other perhaps it may get a star or 2 more .

Seems a lot better and not so dark and dingy after the refurb, first time I've been in for a while. Staff member was polite in serving, although some people don't agree with the changes in the menu, it doesn't affect me as I'm not fussy, grabbed a BMT create your own and had a coupon to use. Bread was fresh, and tasted just how it should. I'll make sure I return.
