Seems a lot better and not so dark and dingy after the refurb, first time I've been in for a while. Staff member was polite in serving, although some people don't agree with the changes in the menu, it doesn't affect me as I'm not fussy, grabbed a BMT create your own and had a coupon to use. Bread was fresh, and tasted just how it should. I'll make sure I return.

How am I supposed to get what I want if I can?t customise the salad I want on my sandwich. Isn?t this the whole point of subway? I don?t like onions but it?s the standard. Go back to the old way where we could choose what we wanted

They refused to take a Scottish £10 note!!! This is legal tender and what they did was illegal and I shall be taking this complaint to the very top unless I hear back from their management in the next 24 hours !!!
