Shop smells of BO, is dirty and chaotic. Ignored by staff and gave up on buying trainers. Have ordered online and won?t visit the store again.

Awful customer service wont give a refund even on the day i was told that the policy is on the door upon entering the store. I looked it is on a piece of paper about 18 inches from the floor. Nothing by the tills. Avoid this pathetic store with poor customer service.

Rubbish service. 1 lady upstairs by the tills, can?t pay there have to go downstairs. Whats the point of the tills and why is she there? Go downstairs right at the back again 1 lady who walks away as I approached. Shan?t be coming here again

Customer service told me to ring the store good luck trying to get through to the store ive rang the best part of 6/7 times across the whole day and have had no answer whats the point in having a phone to then not answer it also order some shoes offline then i went into the shop to exchange them because they were to small to then be told id have to send them back in the post so i had to pay £4.99 delivery fee and then had to pay another £4.99 to send them back going to stick to JD sports from now on waste of time.

Careful what you buying , I bought jakcet on 70% prrice cut and didn't noticed it had small cut on the sleeve , brought it back same day and they wouldn't replace it.I didn't even had a chance of actually wear it which I explaned to them but still wouldn't even try to listen to what I had to say.

Very upset with the manger of this store wasn't allowed to exchange workboots which I only purchased yesterday as I wore them in the changing room realised that they wouldn't do and put my old boots back on unbelievable
