Friendly and welcoming staff but I was over-charged in error, the wrong glasses were ordered for me (distance and I wanted reading), the original glasses took a while to arrive and now there are further delays because they had to be sent back. It is difficult to get through to the store on the phone, it just rings and rings, but when I did get through the process of changing my glasses was simple and not contested. I got the impression this was a frequent issue and my sense is that basic quality checks are not in place. Overall, a poor experience.

Excellent service throughout! Very calm but professional staff,. Optometrist answered my questions clearly. Best of all, I don?t really need glasses :)

I am happy to wait my turn to be seen. But when 3 members of staff are stood with arms folded, talking together and giggling.... It is frustrating. They came across very unprofessional and puts me off going again. Even a member of staff, chewing gum like it was an Olympic sport whilst serving members of the public. Not great ??

Very quick experience, really friendly staff, optician was lovely and explained the tests really well. Didn't need to buy glasses, but was satisfied by the service.

Great shop staff , helpful re disabled request for a downstairs test poor internal communication resulting in confusion and no purchase this time. Second time I've had an issue with order details or payment . Sorted my problem can't be faulted picked up on review listened and resolved you find the good shops when something goes wrong and they fix it.
