Cannot fault the staff at all, they are always super friendly and it is always very clean around the gym and in the changing rooms etc, but there simply just isn?t enough equipment or space for how many people use the gym, especially the upstairs weight room. It?s ridiculously overcrowded at times and you have to wait 20-30 minutes to use a bench or a machine most days. I understand it does get busy in the afternoons, but having classes on downstairs during peak times so that you can?t even use the equipment downstairs when it is busy upstairs doesn?t help. If you?re going early mornings or if you?re only doing cardio then it is great, but if you?re planning to go the gym from 4:30-7pm and use the weights room then you?ll be lucky to get half a workout in sadly.

Nice gym. Always clean. Changing rooms good and clean. Classes are fab and usually get a space to attend. Membership is a great price.

I can?t say enough about the incredible customer support at this gym. I had a misunderstanding about my membership, contacted the gym, and within a couple of hours, I received a response from Kim, the General Manager, who handled the situation, resolving it quickly and with genuine care for my concerns. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly rare and sets this gym apart. Coupled with a clean and well-equipped facility, it creates the perfect gym experience. Highly recommended for anyone who values not only great equipment but the true care they show for their customers!

Great gym,clean,plenty equipment, spacious parking.Cleaning lady rude.Dont know why showers being cleaned in peak time when others side showers is packed up.tryed to explain her that,but the answer woz I don't care.

Lots of new equipment, I would say the best gym in crewe and great price. However not very please with the manner/professionalism of a few staff, you want to have a more positive environment not a negative one.
