I rarely leave a negative review, but feel on this occasion the customer service with returns to Ryman Business has been very poor. We received a large parcel that was damaged and faulty. With haste we sent photos of the damage and the refund was agreed however the collection of the bin after 1 month is still sitting with us! I have made endless phone calls and after long periods of time on the phone, collections have been authorised but this has now happened 4 times, and we still have the bin!!Can I just say a big thank you to Mike as he seems to be the only person doing his job, everything after that is poor.

In an attempt to reduce my shopping with Amazon and use other companies to support them seriously backfired on this occasion. My delivery arrived damaged and after several phone calls each time in a queue for over 20 mins with horrendous annoying music, the customer service was poor to say the least . Less than zero effort made to resolve the issue. No reply to my email, ended up cancelling the order and going back to Amazon. Appalling service. Still not an Amazon fan but they are efficient.
