I?ve had several unpleasant encounters with a female brunette pharmacist at this pharmacy. On each occasion, she has been unhelpful, dismissive, and quite rude. As a pharmacist, you would expect a certain level of empathy and sensitivity, especially when patients are seeking advice and support ? sadly, this was completely lacking.
Most recently, my daughter and I visited in hopes of getting some guidance, but we were met with a cold and unapproachable attitude. Thankfully, we later visited Readesdale Pharmacy, where the staff were absolutely lovely ? helpful, patient, and genuinely willing to listen and advise.
I would strongly advise avoiding this pharmacy if you?re looking for respectful and compassionate service. There are far better alternatives nearby.

compared to others, the pharmacist here is great. We have been trying to source some medication that appears to be out of stock with many others. Here, they have been incredibly helpful, working hard to get hold of what we needed. This place is not our local but will be where we go from now on

The shop closed at 5.25pm all locked up and the lady that came out in a white top was very rude when I explained it wasn't actually 5.30 she said 'tough and thats not my issue' very very rude. First time I've used Rowlands Pharmacy (or tried to) but I won't be using it again. Very unreliable.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been too. Everybody here is so helpful and friendly. All the pharmacists, even when busy, always have the time to give advice. The main lady pharmacist is so pleasant and helpful, she is a joy to deal with.

Absolutely fuming with this pharmacy. Not opened today but unable to get medication which is needed because they won't release back onto Spine, so no other pharmacy can issue. Plus they are suppose to have a text service which is to inform you that meds are ready for collection what a crock. Only ever worked once. Take your custom somewhere else.

Used the service of the pharmacist to confirm a bout of conjunctivitis. Service was quick, spot on and meds were recommended. Nothing is too much trouble here.

I have never used this Pharmacy before but will from now on. The staff on the telephone were so helpful and polite. The lady Pharmacist was excellent it was obvious from the first hello she cared about her job and ensuring that her patients/ customers were given full attention. Very subtly she asked if I was ok and had the time to chat. I only went for a flu jab but felt as if someone really cared how I felt. Thankyou.

How refreshing to find a Pharmacy that provides a caring customer-friendly service, polite and helpful staff.I had experienced a very stressful day only to be told late on in the afternoon my local Pharmacy could not dispense my prescription for antibiotics as they had run out of the tablets - if I had not telephoned to enquire myself I would not have known.In these difficult and troubling times how uplifting to pick up the phone and speak to a person who is kind, helpful, reassuring and who was able to respond to my predicament. Within a short time my prescription had been dispensed and was ready for collection so ?thank you? to Rowlands for restoring my faith in human nature.
